The following layered diagram provides an overview of the conceptual ideas behind the Technical Core.  The primary aspect of SiP development methodology is the continued improvement of the Technical Core to facilitate easier future developments within the Business Stream layer.  Each application within the Business Stream layer is independent from any other and it can also encapsulate any form of business requirement. Any commonality amongst client applications can be distilled and implemented within the Technical Core, resulting in substantial code reductions within the Business Stream applications and substantially reducing future development times.
