The JIGSAW Clarity™ system is a process management application built on top of the JIGSAW™ framework. The system is used extensively by SiP and its clients in the management and control of all its software developments

Product Functionality :

• To provide control and visibility of projects and processes whilst minimising the amount of supervision by project managers.
• To provide senior staff and stakeholders with relevant, accurate and timely project information.
• To allow project team members the ability to estimate their own work and plan how they are going to achieve their set goals allowing project managers/team leaders to monitor work against these plans.
• To provide an extendible knowledge base of relevant project/process information, ‘Best Practice’ and terminology.
• To allow new team members to draw upon this knowledge in completing standard work processes and flows.
• To produce and record test and sign-off sheets to be used in the provision of quality control.
